“FGS-Cashbook” (also known as “FGS-Kassenbuch” and “FGS-Financesoftware”) is a multilanguage and multi-currency financial application for you to create, manage, and keep your cash book handy and well organized. The user interface can be switched into English, German, Italian or Thai. There are many currencies that you can choose from or you can create your own. You can make a cash book by naming it and entering your personal information. Once that is done, you will be able to start entering your income/expenses data. You can optionally enter the date, category, and VAT. This program will calculate/deduct the VAT and generate the individual and total balances. You can choose to print the cash book and also make a backup. The help guide is available both in English and German. This utility is available for free. The free program can also be used as a trial version for a more advanced version. However, you cannot create/manage multiple cash books in the registered version. In the free one you are allowed to create just one cash book. This smart program is a great tool to manage your personal finances.
